Difference between one year free upgrade and free lifetime upgrade
Free lifetime upgrade is a service for our customers to upgrade purchased program to the latest version at any time without any cost.
One year free upgrade is a service for our customers to upgrade purchased program to the latest version within one year since purchase without cost. After one year of purchase, customer can still use the version purchased however additional cost may occur if customer decide to upgrade program to the newer version. Please be aware that if the version customer purchased has been discontinued, we may not provide the download link for the discontinued version. It is customer's obligation to store their program installation file. We do have discount for our existing cutomers when upgrade. Please contact

What's the difference between Enterprise Edition and Technician Edition
License for Enterprise Edition allows you to use the program on 99 computers in on one location, while license for Technician Edition allows you to use the program on 299 computers in any of your subsidiaries (multiple locations).

Can I get a refund if your program can't help me?

For the Enterprise license, what does "one company" mean?
One company means you can use the Enterprise license on 99 computers which are in the same LAN.

Is your license perpetual or do I need to subscribe every year?
Currently, license keys for MiniTool software can be categorized into 1-Month usage, 1-Year usage, and Lifetime usage. Only the Lifetime Usage License Keys are perpetual. Please head to the online store to view details of each software edition.
Exception: license keys for old versions can't be used to register new versions if users do not purchase free lifetime upgrade service or if the 1-year free upgrade service is already expired. In addition, we do not provide the download link for discontinued versions, so please keep the installer well.

Is there a discount to buy your programs?
