Way 1: How to Boot Directly to Windows Desktop via User Account

To completely disable the login screen, you can adjust some settings in User Account. To dos so:

Step 1. Press Win + R to open the Run box.

Step 2. Type netplwiz and hit Enter to launch User Account.

Step 3. Under the User tab, select your account > uncheck User must enter a user name and password to use this computer > hit Apply.

Step 4. If you are using Windows Hello for sign-in, the checkbox above will not be there. Therefore, you need to disable Windows Hello first: go to Windows Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options > toggle off Require Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts.

Now, you are able to uncheck the User must enter a user name and password to use this computer box. After hitting Apply, you will be prompted to enter your user name, type & confirm your password.

Way 2: Modify the Registry Key
