Fix 1: Update Graphics Driver

Skyrim ENB screen tearing can be caused by outdated graphics driver because the GPU driver matters a lot to video games like Skyrim. To fix this issue, you need to update your GPU driver in time.

Step 1. Press Win + S altogether to evoke the search bar.

Step 2. Type device manager and hit Enter.

Step 3. Expand Display adapters and right-click on your graphics card to choose Update driver > Search automatically for drivers. Then, the system will download and install the latest graphics driver for you automatically.

Fix 2: Modify Display Settings

When the Skyrim FPS is higher than your monitor’s refresh rate, you will encounter Skyrim special edition screen tearing NVIDIA. In this condition, it is a good option to change your display settings.

Step 1. Go to Windows Settings > System > Display > Advanced display settings.
