Method 1: Share the Calendar with Delegate

Microsoft offers an official solution to this problem: sharing the Outlook calendar with the delegate. With this way, you can set up a new and temporary delegate. 

Step 1: Log in to the Outlook web app firstly.

Step 2: Then click the Calendar button to open it.

Step 3: Click the Share button to open the Sharing and permissions window.

Step 4: Input a user group in the text box.
