Is There Windows 7 Service Pack 3
There is no official Service Pack 3 security update for Windows 7. According to the Microsoft Update Catalog, there are Service Pack 3 for Microsoft XML Core Services 4 and Microsoft Office. Before installing them, you should install Windows 7 Service Pack 3 manually since it doesn’t do it automatically.

Upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 10/11
Since Windows 7 has ended the support, you had better upgrade your Windows 7 to 10 or 11. You can continue to receive the security updates after updating. If your Windows 7 computers are not eligible for Windows 11, you can update it to Windows 10.
Since a Windows 11/10 clean install will remove all contents from your computer, you need to back up your data to an external hard drive in advance. After that, you can perform a Windows 11/10 clean install without data loss.
Even if you don’t want to update to Windows 10/11, it’s also recommended to back up your Windows 7 regularly to avoid it getting lost by accident. The above task can be finished by the Windows backup software – MiniTool ShadowMaker. It supports Windows 11/10/8/7.
