To get Windows Mini11 ISO, you can access the Internet Archive website that offers you download links for Mini11 21H2 (https://archive.org/details/mini11) and Mini11 22H2 (https://archive.org/details/mini11-22h2).

Then, go to DOWNLOAD OPTIONS > ISO IMAGE FILES. You will see multiple ISO files for different versions and you should tap on one to start downloading.

Install Mini11 22H2/21H2 via USB
