How to Check If Windows 11 23H2 Is Installed via Run
Step 1: Press Win + R to open the Run dialog box.
Step 2: Type winver into the text box and click OK.
Step 3: In the popup, you can see the Windows version you use.
How to Check What Version of Windows 11 via CMD
Step 1: Input cmd to the search box and click Run as administrator. Click Yes if asked by the UAC window.

This result doesn’t show you the word like 23H2 but you can use the build number displayed to search online to see if it is a build of Windows 11 23H2. Note that OS build 22631 is the build number for Windows 11 23H2. In my case, it is 22621.2506 which belongs to Windows 11 22H2.
How to Check Which Windows Version via System Information
Step 1: Type system information to the search box and press Enter.
Step 2: Under the System Summary tab, check the information of Version. If it doesn’t show Build 22631, your PC doesn’t use 23H2.
