How to Find Outlook OST File Location

Where is the Outlook OST file? There are 2 ways for you to find it.

Way 1: Via File Explorer

First, you can find the Outlook OST file location via File Explorer.

Step 1: Press the Windows + E keys together to open File Explorer.

Step 2: The different Outlook version has different default file locations on Windows. You need to go to the corresponding location based on your Outlook version.

  • Outlook 2007: C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
  • Outlook 2010: Documents\Outlook File\
  • Outlook 2013/2016/2019: C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
