Microsoft Edge’s Drop feature seamlessly transfers photos, videos, and documents across devices. This feature uses your OneDrive account to store files and make them available for download on all your devices. Microsoft Edge’s Drop feature is available on desktop and mobile browsers.

Step 1: Open your Microsoft Edge browser.
Step 2: Click the Customise sidebar button on the sidebar.

After enabling Microsoft Edge Drop, you can start to use the feature. The following is about how to use Drop to its Edge browser feature.
Step 1: Click the Drop icon on the sidebar. Then, click the Sign in button. Input your account and password.
Step 2: To share a note across other devices, type a message inside the text box at the bottom and click the Send icon.
To share files from your computer, click on the + icon at the bottom. Now, choose the files you want to share from the popup window and click on Open to upload them.
Step 3: Click on the received file to open it on your computer.
Note: Microsoft Edge will automatically download any files you receive via Drop. If you don’t want that, click the menu icon (three horizontal dots) in the Drop panel. Then, disable the Auto download option.
