Why iPhone Stops Growing Longer/Larger?
From iPhone 12 on, the size of the main generation of iPhone starts to shrink, iPhone 12 is smaller than iPhone 11, for instance. Maybe Apple hears about what its users think about the growing taller iPhone and decide to stop its child from growing taller anymore.

iPhone 13 Size
According to the above information and the trend of iPhone size, the size of the iPhone 13 will probably stay the same with iPhone 12. And, there will also be an iPhone 13 mini whose size will keep close to iPhone 12 mini. Why?
iPhone 12 series’ size stops growing up and it’s good. Then, why chooses a size between iPhone X and iPhone 11? Every choice Apple made is based on large investigation data and careful analysis. So, the size iPhone 12 chooses is most suitable for modern users, so is the size of the iPhone mini (it’s for customers who prefer small size).
Therefore, iPhone 13 will most probably keep the size of the iPhone 12. Yet, there is still a chance that Apple will make the size of the iPhone 13 different from that of the iPhone 12 if it’s still testing the preference of users.
Why not roll out iPhone 13 in several sizes just like iPhone 13 colors? We can’t deny that a few people will think like that. However, it’s not possible for the more sizes, the more difficult to produce and manage. For different sizes of products, different producing facilities are needed, which means higher costs.
Also, relying on the rumors, iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro size will be 6.1 inches, iPhone 13 mini size will be 5.4 inches, and iPhone 13 Pro Max size will be 6.7 inches.
